Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Executive AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Executive AI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

Executive AI is a productivity service that uses artificial intelligence to help you plan your day, prioritise tasks, review your calendar, triage your inbox, prepare for meetings and keep notes and context in one place.

Where you choose to connect them, Executive AI can read information from supported third-party services in order to provide these features.

You must be 18 or older to use Executive AI, able to form a binding contract, and you must use the service in compliance with these terms and applicable law.

Accounts are created and authenticated through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may authorise Executive AI to access supported third-party services, including Google Calendar and Gmail. Executive AI requests read-only permissions for those Google services: it cannot create, change or delete calendar events, and it cannot send, save or modify email in your account.

You are responsible for having the right to connect any account you connect, and for complying with that provider’s terms. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and may change or withdraw access at any time.

Executive AI is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any third-party provider whose service you connect.

You may disconnect a service at any time from the Integrations page. How we handle the resulting data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, summaries, priorities, suggested replies and other output produced by Executive AI are generated by artificial intelligence. They are suggestions intended to save you time — not professional advice, and not a substitute for your own judgement.

AI-generated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Please review anything important before relying on it or acting on it — particularly where the decision has financial, legal, contractual or personnel consequences.

Executive AI does not send email or modify your calendar on your behalf; any draft it produces is yours to review, edit and send yourself.

You agree not to:

• Use Executive AI in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Connect accounts, or upload content, that you do not have the right to access or share.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other customers’ data, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, including by placing an unreasonable load on it or circumventing usage limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
• Use the service to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing material.

Executive AI offers a free plan and paid plans. The features included in each plan, and the prices, are shown on the Billing page in the application and may be updated from time to time.

Paid plans are billed for a recurring period beginning when your payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay, in its own checkout. Executive AI does not receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions. By completing checkout you authorise Razorpay to charge the plan price to your chosen payment method each month until the subscription is cancelled or ends.

Your subscription is activated once the payment provider confirms the transaction to us. If a payment fails or cannot be verified, the plan is not activated. If a recurring charge fails, the payment provider will retry it; if every retry is unsuccessful, the subscription ends and the account returns to the Free plan.

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; your paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then, and you are not charged again.

You can also resume a cancelled subscription before the period ends, which stops it from lapsing.

You keep ownership of the content you create in Executive AI and of the information Executive AI reads from services you connect.

You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content for the purpose of operating the service for you — including transmitting relevant context to the AI provider described in our Privacy Policy. This permission exists only to run the service and ends when the content is deleted.

Executive AI, including the software, interface, branding and documentation, remains our property or that of our licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them to improve Executive AI without obligation or payment to you. We will not identify you as the source without your permission.

We aim to keep Executive AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults can interrupt access.

We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders. [SERVICE LEVEL COMMITMENT, IF ANY — OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI-generated output will be accurate, or that it will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. You agree to indemnify Executive AI against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content or accounts you connect without the right to do so. [INDEMNITY SCOPE — CONFIRM PROPORTIONALITY — OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

You may stop using Executive AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where continued access poses a risk to the service or to other customers.

On termination your right to use the service ends. What happens to your stored information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service develops. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Executive AI after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
